Greg holds a full Australian Credit License and is a registered Justice of the Peace.

Adam has been a Banker for over 20 years. He has experience working with multiple financial institutions involved in residential and investment property finance, Business development and Management.

With this experience he can assist clients with securing a product that is right for them. Whether it be to purchase a first home, next Home, investment property or if they’re after a review on their existing loans.

John has been in the finance industry for over 28 years. During most of this time he has been self-employed. Kelly has been in the finance industry since 1988 where her banking career spanned 20 years of dedicated service within many facets of the industry. Since 2008 Kelly has worked in the Mortgage Broking Industry. Kelly's client base has been built through trusted relationships and word of mouth and her genuine desire to help people reach their financial goals.

Business Development Manager & Office Manager

Rebecca has been in the Banking and Insurance industry since 1999. Following her Father into the Banking industry she worked in various roles Bank Teller, Customer Service Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager. She then worked the next 12 years in the insurance industry.

She began working at Australian Property Finance in 2018, and is now the Business Development and Office Manager. Her specialty is customer support, wether it be loan processing, from application to approval, or getting a more competitive rate on your existing Home Loan, Rebecca is you’re here for you.

Broker Assistant

Karen has been in the finance industry since 1984. In 1999 she began work in the Mortgage Broking industry. Her role is to support all brokers and clients from approval to settlement.

Coralie has been in the Banking industry since 1977. Coralie started as a Teller and then work her way up to a Loans Officer and spent ten years in that role followed by six years as a Branch Manager. Coralie joined her husband Greg Sterland in the mortgage Broking business in 2004. Coralie assists the Brokers in the office with administration and client liaison.
